Investigate and validate your current process

  • Implement a reconciliation process: Perform a reconciliation process across reports to detect data inconsistencies, delays that jeopardize accuracy.
  • Conduct data validation tests: Ensure accurate and timely data collection and validation are core parts of your process. 
  • This can be time consuming: This method is the most time consuming of the three and requires an active and proficient continuous improvement team.
